Timing:

Each proposal experience is intentionally curated around your date and location. At least 14 days’ notice is preferred to allow for thoughtful preparation and sourcing. Requests within 7 days notice may be possible depending on availability.

Experiences with less than 7 days’ notice are welcomed, but not guaranteed.

Reservation:

All experiences are prepaid in full to secure your date. Dates are not held without payment. Once reserved, preparation and sourcing begin.

Weather:

If weather does not allow for an outdoor setup, the experience is designed indoors at your Airbnb, vacation rental or hotel.
A space with natural light and privacy is selected so the moment can unfold calmly and without interruption.
Weather does not change the value or structure of the experience.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Cancellations made 48 hours+ prior to the scheduled date may be eligible for rescheduling based on availability.
Cancellations within 48 hours time are non-refundable.

The sooner the better, especially for weekends and peak seasons.

We do not position ourselves as professional photographers. We are not a substitute for professional engagement photography.

However, we offer an optional Memory Capture add-on so the moment is documented without turning the experience into a full photoshoot.

Memory Capture can include:
